We strive for great openness and contact both with the surroundings and between the residents. The Kajkanten neighbourhood is located where the view of Hudiksvallsfjärden is at its most beautiful. Here you can move into one of the 82 apartments of 1 – 5 rooms and kitchen, each designed to make the most of the location.
It is in the meeting between sea and land, past and present that Kajkanten forms its identity. The port industry that previously characterised the site is celebrated in the architecture. At the same time, it is an undoubtedly modern neighbourhood that is now taking its place on Kattvikskajen.
Together with Strömtorpet and Serneke, we have also produced development proposals for a phase 2 in the neighbouring district.
