The Sandhagen 8 property is a bridgehead between the Globen area and the new neighbourhood in the Meatpacking district.

Our task has been to create new building rights for offices and retail in the extremely complex and strategic location of the property. Part of the prerequisite is that the base of the new building also serves as a base for stairs and a bridge over Arenavägen, from the new event centre in the Meatpacking district up to Arenatorget between Avicii Arena and 3Arena. Due to the very complex circumstances, work on the zoning plan is on hold.
