Inspired by a classic English bookshop and with a colour and shape palette that ties in with Kiruna’s DNA. In this store, books – and their readers – are given the space they deserve.

In connection with the relocation of Kiruna, we had the pleasure of designing the interior of the city’s new book palace, a living room for book lovers. Using textiles and recycled furniture, we gave the space a distinct character, with different spatialities and a warm atmosphere. Here, both Kiruna residents and the many tourists can take part in events such as author evenings and book flea markets. A local meeting place, which now has an attractive and flexible interior that invites you to stay for a long time.
