Bromma Blocks is growing in stages and will eventually consist of over 100,000 square metres of lettable space, spread over 150 stores. The next expansion stage will bridge over Ulvsundavägen and will be integrated into the emerging district of Ulvsunda in line with Stockholm’s promenadstad initiative. In addition to retail opportunities, services and district authority functions are also planned.
The development of Annedal and Ulvsunda, where several thousand homes are planned, is a collaboration across the municipal boundaries of Stockholm Solna and Sundbyberg. The extension of the light rail system forms the backbone of the extension and ensures excellent accessibility by public transport. Bromma Blocks, with its two centrally located stops in the new residential area next to the thoroughfare, is within walking distance to Bromma Airport and the boat docks at Lake Mälaren.
